You have previous experience in customer service (experience in the tourism industry or as a reservations specialist would be an advantage).
You have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude and openness to learning new responsibilities.
You are able to plan and organise your working time independently.
You are ambitious, energetic, committed and take initiative.
You speak Latvian, English and Russian.
You have good computer and application skills.

We will entrust you with:

Group booking process for Wellton Hotels, Rixwell Hotels, Rija Hotels.
Accepting and communicating reservations by phone and email.
Working with various hotel programs.

Gross salary: from 1000 EUR - 1200 EUR per month.

Type of work: full-time, working hours 8:30-17:00
