We're looking for you if:

• You have previous experience in customer service (experience in the tourism industry or as a reservations specialist would be an advantage).
• You have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude and openness to learning new responsibilities.
• You are able to plan and organise your working time independently.
• You are ambitious, energetic, committed and take initiative.
• You speak Latvian, English and Russian.
• You have good computer and application skills.

We will entrust you with:

• Group booking process for Wellton Hotels, Rixwell Hotels, Rija Hotels.
• Accepting and communicating reservations by phone and email.
• Working with various hotel programs.
