We're interested in professional who has:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Latvian. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
- Analytical and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bidding strategies to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement digital marketing activity plans, ensuring campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Introduce new advertising channels to reach online audiences and expand brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and reporting dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign data, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ROI improvement.
- Write creative and compelling ad copy tailored for various platforms.
- Collaborate on marketing material production for email, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct competitor analyses to stay updated on industry trends.
- Monitor metasearch and other relevant advertising platforms to ensure competitiveness.
- Partner with IT and web development teams to enhance website functionality and user experience (UX).
- Manage and update website content to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Work closely with digital agencies and marketing teams to achieve objectives.
- Lead efforts to segment audiences and tailor campaigns for specific customer groups.
