Hi, I'm Igor, Marketing Director at Mogotel Hotel Group. We manage 21 hotels across Northern and Eastern Europe under 12 brands, including global names like Wyndham, Accor, and IHG. Now, I'm looking for a Marketing Projects Manager to join our team.

We need someone who understands brand management, identity, and tone of voice. Every day, we create marketing materials for our hotels, so you should be comfortable working with brand guidelines and production standards.

You'll collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, journalists, copywriters, social media managers, translators, web specialists, advertisers, and internal teams - from sales and reservations to accountants and legal.

This role is not just about strategy and coordination - it's hands-on, too! You'll create special offers, write short texts, translate into English, prepare content for social media and newsletters, produce digital ad campaign materials, deliver materials to hotels, check branding compliance, and analyse campaign performance.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with brand guidelines & corporate identity.
• Project management skills - handling multiple projects from start to finish.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English.
• A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail & design.

What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:

• Develop & execute marketing plans to boost hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Create marketing materials - from print to digital, including websites & social media.
• Manage digital initiatives - website optimization, email marketing, digital ads (with our digital team).
• Run flash sales & special offers to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate video & photo shoots for promotional use.
• Plan PR activities - press releases, sponsorships, blogger/influencer collaborations.
• Analyse campaign performance and report key insights.
