We're interested in professional who has:

• At least 5 years hands-on management experience of the IT systems and integrations.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Proven team and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge about project management processes.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of Latvian and English languages.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take full ownership of hospitality IT systems.
• Implementation and integration of various technology systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, CRM).
• Enhance operational efficiency through technology integration.
• Handle data management and compliance with industry/country regulations.
• Coordination with vendors for timely support and upgrades.
