Mogotel Hotel Group is looking for a Operations Director.

We're interested in professional who has:

•    Strong experience in hospitality operational management. 
•    Knowledge of strategic and operational management, financial planning and human resources management.
•    Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions in day-to-day operational processes.
•    Experience of working with and coordinating the work of different department heads and ensuring effective communication.
•    Experience in analyzing and evaluating economic performance, making strategic decisions in a data-driven way.
•    Ability to work in a dynamic environment, keeping focus on priority tasks and objectives.
•    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills based on data and analysis.
•    Ability to develop and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure achievement of company objectives.
•    Experience to work in a dynamic environment, keeping focus on priority tasks and objectives.
•    Fluency in English. Knowledge of Latvian will be considered an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Analyze and evaluate the economic performance of hotels.
•    Coordinate the work of the department heads. 
•    Implement automated solutions to optimize hotel processes and increase efficiency.
•    Lead the quality department, which carries out regular hotel inspections and develops standards and guidelines.
•    Plan and implement strategies to improve customer feedback and increase guest satisfaction.
•    Oversee hotel operational activities, quickly resolving any problems or operational challenges that arise.
•    Analyze industry statistics and trends to identify growth opportunities and improve processes.
•    Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and drive continuous improvement.
•    Carry out other tasks of a similar character.
