We will entrust you with:

• Assist in the organization of the restaurant's operations.
• Ensure service standards when serving guests.
• To be involved in breakfast, conference, coffee breaks and banquet service organization.
• Assist in the administration of the restaurant's documentation, submitting necessary reports to the Restaurant Manager.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in managing, recruiting, and planning the restaurant staff.
• To be involved in the organization of staff training, meetings and drills.
• Assist in the purchase of food and beverages in accordance with the company's purchasing strategy.
• Keep up to date with the movement of documentation, delivery slips and acceptance documents.
• Together with the restaurant manager, draw up a plan for the necessary inventory and ensure its purchase.

• You have a relevant background in business management, hotel/hospitality management or another relevant field.
• You have experience in a similar position.
• You have a high sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in Latvian, English and Russian.

Remuneration from 1300 EUR gross, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements.
