We're looking for you if:

• Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian;
• You have at least 1 year of previous experience as an administrator;
• You are responsive, positive, as well as punctual and responsible;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You are familiar with the Fidelio hotel management system, this will be considered an advantage;
• You have a desire to develop professionally and are achievement-oriented.

We will entrust you with:

• Manage, supervise and train reception staff
• Check-in and serve guests at the reception desk;
• Answer calls and provide guests with necessary information on hotel services;
• Complete billing documents;
• Perform data entry in the hotel management system "Fidelio";
• Provide a high level of service to hotel guests;
• Solve any problems that may arise.
