The building complex (7 buildings) of the hotel is a national architectural monument located in one of the most ancient neighborhoods in Riga. All the most popular tourist attractions, as well as shopping and business centers, are located in the vicinity of the hotel. It is suitable for business people, tourists and families with children.

In 2020, the hotel underwent extensive renovation work, which is planned to be implemented in several phases. At present, two buildings with a total area of 1100 m2 have been renovated, including 67 hotel rooms. In the course of the works, the partitions were dismantled and new ones were built in places where it is necessary to change the layout. Plasterboard ceiling construction, finishing works, newly built internal engineering networks: electrical networks, heating, ventilation, cooling, water supply and sewerage, low-voltage TV networks, data networks, telephone lines, access control system, video surveillance system, and fire alarm. Renovating the facades of both buildings, ramp access for people with special needs has been built, as well as 2 rooms for people in wheelchairs have been built in the hotel. There is also an attic roof with 3 new rooms. The remaining 96 hotel rooms are planned to be renovated in the next two renovation phases.

All the 141 rooms of the hotel are decorated and equipped according to the international 3-star hotel standard. There are also apartment-type rooms provided with a kitchen where you can make hot beverages that will satisfy any guest of the city who wants to feel at home.

Conference & Events

The hotel offers five halls for hosting conferences, events, or private banquets. All conference rooms are equipped with high-quality audio and video facilities. Guests are supplied with a video projector, a screen, audio/video equipment and a flip chart. Free Wi-Fi is available in all conference rooms and public spaces of the hotel.
