Main responsibilities

  • Work with hotel administrators;
  • Provision of guest reception service quality;
  • Provision of hotel standards in the reception service;
  • Servicing of guests pursuant to the hotel standards;
  • Comparison of monthly invoices;
  • Preparation of reports to the management;
  • Provision and control of various additional services.


  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Higher or incomplete higher education;
  • High level knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian;
  • Previous experience in working in reception;
  • Knowledge of working with the software Fidelio.
