- Work with hotel administrators;
- Provision of guest reception service quality;
- Provision of hotel standards in the reception service;
- Servicing of guests pursuant to the hotel standards;
- Comparison of monthly invoices;
- Preparation of reports to the management;
- Provision and control of various additional services.
- High sense of responsibility;
- Higher or incomplete higher education;
- High level knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian;
- Previous experience in working in reception;
- Knowledge of working with the software Fidelio.
