Mogotel is hotel operator in Baltic countries with 11 hotels in operation. Our hotels branded under Wellton and Rixwell brand names located in Riga and Bauska (Latvia) and in Tallinn (Estonia). Mogotel company provides management services for existing or new accommodation properties, develop and builds-up new real estate properties and provides valuable expert advice for business support and generation of beneficial return of your investments.

At what time is Check-in / Check-out?

Generally hotel rooms are available from 2 pm (14:00).
Check-out time till the midday (12:00). Late Check-out also available under frequent hotels' special offers conditions.


How can I book hotel services?

Hotel room booking available in 3 easy ways:

- book directly online on hotel's homepage (visit www.wellton.com and www.rixwell.com),
- call our direct reservation departments (+371 67259989 - Wellton Hotels,  +371 67259925 - Rixwell Hotels)
- or send us an e-mail to reservations@mogotel.com with some details about your stay.

Please be informed that all these direct bookings gives you more additional bonuses and free perks, which are excluded if hotel room booked by other means.


Do you offer handicapped rooms?

Yes, some Wellton and Rixwell Hotels have handicapped rooms with appropriate accessible equipment. You can see this service under our websites www.wellton.com and www.rixwell.com sections Rooms.


Is parking available at the hotel?

Most Wellton and Rixwell hotels have sufficient parking spaces, where your car can safely be stored overnight (for extra charge). Sometimes, there are also parking spaces free of charge at or around the hotel. You will find more information about parking under „About hotel” in the hotel of your choice.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.


Is half of full board available?

You can either book the meals after choosing a room on our websites www.wellton.com and www.rixwell.com or you can book directly one of the attractive arrangements, where usually a dinner is already included.


Is it possible to book SPA treatments online?

Can I bring my pet?

In almost every Wellton and Rixwell Hotels pets are welcome. Depending on the hotel, there is a fee varying from 15 to 20 EUR per pet / per day. Please note that for hygienic reasons pets are usually not allowed in the gastronomic and spa areas.


Why do the costs vary from day to day?

Room price may vary because of fair dates or other high season dates. Generally rates will increase, the longer you wait with your booking.


Is Wi-Fi Internet available at the hotel/in the room?

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.


What size are the rooms?

The sizes of the rooms vary from hotel to hotel. The standard rooms size is approx. 15-20m².


Can I book a table in the restaurant?

In Hotels, that have a restaurant you can order the table by calling to hotels reception or e-mail.


Do you offer smoking rooms?

All Hotel rooms in our group are non-smoking.


Do you offer child rates?

All children are welcome.

  • FREE! Children under 7 - stay together with parents free of charge. We provide with a baby cot or extra bed and breakfast.
  • Children from 8 to 15 years old - stay together with parents for 7 EUR per person, per night – we provide with extra bed and breakfast.
  • Older than 16 years - stay for 15 EUR per person, per night – we provide with extra bed and breakfast.

Can I use the SPA area even if I am not staying in your hotel?

SPA centers are open for all guests.


Do you offer hotel shuttles, e.g. to the next airport or train station?

All hotels in Mogotel group offer transfer on request for additional fee.


Can I have breakfast/dinner even if I am not staying in your hotel?

This service is available in Hotels that have restaurants in property, like Wellton Riga Hotel & SPA - restaurant "Tapas Tapas", Wellton Centrum Hotel & SPA - restaurant "Melna Bite", or Rixwell Elefant Hotel with "Elefant Restaurant"


Are special requests, such as glutten-free meals or feather -free pillows, manageable?

We can manage 99% from special requests if the reservation is made prior arrival - as sooner reservation has been made as better.


What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food are not kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 20 EUR + postal expenses. The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest personal belongings.


Which credit cards are accepted

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.


What is your cancellation policy

Free cancellation till 24 hrs before arrival if reserved directly in our homepage. If canceled after this or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable.
